This role will be 100% remote working, and you can be based anywhere in the UK. This firm prides itself on being agile in its delivery of complex advice in a straightforward and jargon-free language, providing commercial and pragmatic recommendations to support their clients.

Your new role

As this firm’s Corporate Tax Lawyer, you will work with a dedicated team of specialist tax lawyers with experience working with both national and international firms. You will advise entrepreneurs and private companies on a wide range of tax issues, including start-ups and new investments, buy-outs, EIS, employee incentives, profit extraction, and executive remuneration; re-sale tax planning, company sales and acquisitions, personal tax issues for shareholders; succession planning, and company reorganisations. Additionally, you will have opportunities to provide consultancy services to other professionals, such as law firms and accountants.

What you'll need to succeed

The firm seeks candidates with at least 3 years of post-qualified experience, ideally within a national firm. Strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely while maintaining close support and collaboration within a team are essential.
