There will be tailored, specific training that will help you progress during your career at CCP. We promote health, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion in all our services and our staff, and you will help us to achieve this.

While the role may present challenges, the rewards of witnessing the positive impact of your guidance and support on these young lives are truly extraordinary.

To excel in this position, you will need an inspiring, dynamic and creative approach, alongside other Leadership qualities. We want people that are empathetic, driven, and able to motivate others. You will also need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
