Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Supply Chain and Operations in the UK. You will lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives, work with major global clients, and drive innovation across processes and technology.

Develop leadership capability, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to practice development in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager with practical Big 4 or consultancy experience.
• Experience across sectors such as Consumer Products, Energy, Manufacturing, Health, and telecoms.
• Strong technical and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and strengthen client relationships in at least one supply chain area (operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing).
• Lead project delivery across multiple clients with global teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.
• Develop proposals, showcase leading practices, and contribute to market thought leadership.
