Job summary

EY in the UK is seeking a Senior Manager to lead supply chain and operations work for diverse clients and help shape transformative strategies. You will drive end‑to‑end programs, collaborate with cross‑functional teams across consulting, technology and business functions, and mentor staff while delivering measurable results.

You will manage client relationships, contribute to proposals and thought leadership, and apply cutting‑edge tools such as RPA, AI and optimisation to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager with practical Big 4 or consultancy experience.
• Experience across sectors: Consumer Products & Retail, Energy & Resources, Manufacturing, Health & Life Sciences, Telecommunication, Media & Entertainment.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex supply chain programs.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and strengthen client relationships as a trusted advisor in supply chain areas.
• Balance client delivery with business development, operations, and team development.
• Develop proposals to showcase EY's leading practices and engage the market with thought leadership.
• Drive successful delivery of projects and workstreams to time and budget, ensuring quality of delivery.
