Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow or Edinburgh to lead supply chain and operations in infrastructure projects. You will manage senior client relationships, direct multi-workstreams, and develop leaders while driving delivery across complex programs.

The role emphasizes transformation programmes, sustainability agendas, and a strong focus on risk management and governance. Travel across the UK is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in the infrastructure sector or related sector with depth in supply chain, operations or sustainability.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to adapt style for senior/executive audiences.
• Demonstrated experience leading leaders and multi-workstream teams.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and potentially overseas.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across supply chain, operations and/or sustainability in the infrastructure sector.
• Lead major workstreams or multiple workstreams, setting direction, governance and outcomes.
• Provide senior day-to-day leadership on engagements, steering team performance and resolving delivery challenges.
• Set the standard for insight-led client deliverables with strategic coherence and quality.
• Take accountability for delivery excellence and risk, managing issues and controls.
• Lead leaders, building high-performing, inclusive teams and mentoring others.
• Originate and lead business development, shaping pursuits and converting pipeline.
• Drive practice development with repeatable assets, methods and viewpoints.
• Strengthen EY’s profile in the UK/international infrastructure market through thought leadership and engagement.
