Job summary

EY Senior Manager, Supply Chain and Operations UK is seeking a leader to help clients optimise and transform their supply chains, operations, net zero and procurement functions. You will collaborate across EY’s Consulting, People and Technology practices, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and a global network.

You will develop leadership capabilities, manage client relationships, and drive delivery excellence across multiple engagements with diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Big 4 or Consultancy delivering supply chain transformations.
• Sector experience across Consumer Products & Retail, Energy & Resources, Manufacturing, Health & Life Sciences, and Telecommunication, Media & Entertainment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and strengthen client relationships in at least one supply chain area (operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing).
• Lead project delivery, ensuring workstreams are on time and within budget.
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering inclusive leadership and career development.
