Lloyds Banking Group in Leeds, within Capital Optimisation & Securitisation, seeks a Senior Manager, Securitisation Transaction Management to lead the Leeds team and collaborate with Cardiff on a joined-up multi-asset function across sites.

This high‑visibility leadership role covers the lifecycle of securitisation transactions, risk management and continuous improvement, with hybrid working and exposure to Treasury and the wider Group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' leadership experience delivering results through others.
• 5+ years' experience in securitisation, structured finance, treasury operations or a related treasury function.
• Strong knowledge of transaction processes, data, controls and lifecycle management, ideally for securitisation transactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Leeds-based colleagues, managing priorities and succession planning.
• Partner with the Senior Manager in Cardiff to lead a joined-up transaction management function.
• Oversee transaction management portfolio including set-up, asset and pool management, cash management, reporting and lifecycle events.
• Provide senior oversight of retail securitisation transactions, the covered bond programme and Bank of England activities.
• Lead implementation to ensure transitions into ongoing management with clear ownership and controls.
• Drive simplification, automation and risk management while building relationships across Treasury and partner functions.
