Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a quantitative researcher to conduct non-interventional real-world data studies across Global Markets (Europe, APAC, rest of world). You will oversee data sourcing, study design input, programming, analysis and results interpretation for multiple customers in HEOR and related fields.

Advanced training in biostatistics/epidemiology with experience in observational research and R programming is required; familiarity with AI tools and data sources is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (biostatistics, epidemiology or related)
• Pharmaceutical or epidemiology/outcomes research experience
• Proficient in R programming to execute studies; Github experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of data including statistical analyses programming
• Deliver results to customers in appropriate formats
• Interact with customers on study concept development, SAP writing and dissemination
• Identify appropriate data sources and manage data for projects
• Communicate results effectively orally and in writing
• Balance multiple customer demands to execute projects
