Job summary

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years in formal technical leadership.
- Technical background in compiler design, programming language development, or high-performance tooling.
- Languages: Proficiency in modern languages such as Python and Rust.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
- Partner with software directors and senior architects to drive technical milestones for compilers, runtimes, languages, and tooling.
- Stay hands-on through design discussions, architecture reviews, and problem-solving.
- Coordinate cross-discipline collaboration with hardware, theory, and product teams.
- Guide developer tooling from research prototypes to production-grade software.
- Occasional travel to international sites (US/UK).
