Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual sector plans, identifying opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
  • Drive business development across key service areas, promoting a full suite of professional services.
  • Lead quarterly sector meetings, providing insights and reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Establish and manage high-level client engagement programs.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Oversee CRM and reporting systems to optimize relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing, BD, and communications initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in key account management & business development within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B relationship management, preferably in a financial or corporate sector.
  • Ability to engage with senior professionals, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
