Our City office is seeking a Private Client Senior Manager to join their dynamic and expanding department. Your main responsibilities will include driving the delivery of personal tax advisory work, such as report writing and leading discussions with both prospective and existing clients. Additionally, you will oversee a team of junior staff responsible for the daily delivery of private client services across a diverse portfolio of individual clients.

Compensation: £77,000 - £90,000 / year
This is a key client-facing role in the office, requiring credible and professional interaction with high net-worth clients and professional advisors. Excellent technical skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex tax information to non-experts. You will actively manage the private client team’s delivery, suggest process improvements, mentor staff, and provide technical training.
The ideal candidate will have experience advising on a broad range of tax issues, including:
Client experience should include private clients, high net-worth individuals, and owner-managed businesses, with familiarity in dealing with non-UK domiciled and non-resident clients. The candidate should demonstrate strong enterprise and business-building skills, including client engagement, referral generation, and commercial judgment.
Delivery skills involve managing WIP, meeting deadlines, and motivating the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
