Senior Manager – Performance & Digital Marketing

Home Counties/Hybrid Working

£85-100K plus benefits & bonus package

Dedicated to improving home comfort and living, the company aims to enhance modern living with its diverse product range across a number of categories.

As Senior Manager – Performance & Digital Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our client's digital transformation, developing strategies that drive business growth, engage consumers and optimise budget performance, working with teams across the business, including global stakeholders outside the UK. You'll be part of a purpose-driven company that puts the consumer first, and fosters bold thinking, measurable results, and real business impact, with digital playing a central role in its marketing approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing data-driven digital strategies across all key digital channels – SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM, email
  • Analysing market issues and trends to understand growth drivers and evaluate opportunities
  • Managing data analytics, testing scenarios, optimising spend and performance, website effectiveness
  • Leading a team of digital specialists and working closely with partner agencies to deliver activity
  • Working with teams across the business to ensure effective progress through the consumer purchase journey

Skills & Experience Checklist

  • Robust experience in digital and performance marketing, gained on the client or agency-side, with a proven track record of building digital growth strategies - raising awareness, driving lead and engaging consumers
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and working cross-functionally with strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Deep expertise in website optimisation, analytics, paid media, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation with a strong grasp of tech and data, and how to leverage data to drive strategic decision making
  • Proven ability to see the bigger strategic picture and game plan, but also stay on top of the detail, raising the digital bar in the business and keeping key stakeholders on side
  • High energy, results-driven and practical approach, with experience working in dynamic, entrepreneurially driven environments where your contribution is highly visible and measurable
