Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, People Data and MI to lead a specialist team delivering trusted management information, dashboards and insights across the People function. You will oversee data platforms, reporting standards and analytical priorities to support evidence-based decisions.

Lead a team, drive automation and standardisation of data products, while ensuring compliance with data protection and information security. This is a hybrid role with some home working.

Qualifications

• Experience with data governance, data quality and master data management in a complex organisation.
• Experience delivering management information, BI or analytics outputs for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and align reporting standards and data controls.
• Continuous improvement mindset with automation and standardisation to improve analytical value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accurate delivery of People management information, dashboards and insights.
