Job Description
As a Senior Manager / Partner Designate in the Bridgwater office, you will leverage your accountancy practice experience across audit, accounts, and tax. You will manage a portfolio of clients, oversee teams, and collaborate closely with the partner group. There is potential for you to become an RI within the firm and progress to partnership on a mutually agreed timeline, with a clear development pathway tailored to the right candidate.
The Successful Applicant
You should hold ACA / ACCA / CTA qualifications or equivalent, with a career background in accountancy practice at a highly experienced Senior Manager or Partner Designate level. You will have a comprehensive general practitioner background gained within small, medium, or large firms, with skills across audit, accounts, and tax, seeking a challenging, long-term career opportunity at this level.
What's on Offer
