HP Wolf Security is redefining endpoint security through hardware-enforced protection built directly into the PC. The Manageability Software Team builds the software suite that enables IT administrators and end users to configure, deploy, and operate the HP Wolf Security software suite.

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead this multi-disciplinary software team, providing people leadership, delivery coordination, and strategic input into the product roadmap.

• Experience managing a team of software engineers.
• Background in software development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to hire and grow teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and line-manage a team of software engineers (permanent staff and contractors).
• Build a high-performing team through coaching, feedback and development.
• Coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups and cross-team collaboration.
• Recruit and onboard new software developers as the team grows.
• Partner with product management, support and leadership to shape roadmaps and priorities.
• Act as escalation point for internal and external customer issues.
