About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Group IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and develop a high-performing IT team supporting over 300 users across multiple sites. Key Skills & Experience

• Networking: CCNA-level knowledge, Cisco, Fortinet, Rukus, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls.

• Regularly test Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) across sites.

Project Management

• Lead large-scale infrastructure projects, including deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Align IT infrastructure plans with software and organizational roadmaps.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage annual IT budgets and ensure resources are used cost-effectively.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring SLA compliance.

• Stay up to date with technology trends and best practices.
• Recommend and implement innovations to improve IT operations.
