The Senior Manager, EMEA, Global Coaching will guide coaching strategy and oversee programs for leadership populations, partnering with local offices and global teams to advance talent capabilities.

The role emphasizes 1:1 and group coaching, career/departure support, and capability building, with collaboration across regional and global teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
Masters in Business, Org, Psych or related field preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience in executive/leadership coaching.
Experience designing and leading coaching programs in complex organizations.
Proficiency with data to enhance coaching or learning programs.

Responsibilities

Local office stakeholder engagement with leadership and HR teams, providing insights and support.
Deliver 1:1 and group coaching engagements for senior leaders, aligning with global coaching goals.
Provide career and departure support, identify talent trends, and facilitate transitions.
Deliver coaching trainings and workshops to build leadership capability across the firm.
Collaborate regionally and globally to share best practices and grow the global coaching brand.
