Job summary

• Professional executive coaching qualifications and accreditation.
• Significant experience delivering executive coaching to senior professionals and leaders.
• Experience designing or supporting coaching programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to operate confidently within complex, fast-moving environments.
• A commitment to coaching excellence, continuous professional development and quality assurance.
• A collaborative and consultative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead Coach across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring coaching interventions are impactful, evidence-based and aligned with programme outcomes.
• Work closely with programme teams to design and deliver coaching experiences, oversee coach deployment and quality assurance.
• Ensure coaching is fully integrated into the learning journey and support leaders across diverse sectors and geographies.
• Collaborate with a growing network of external executive coaches, supporting selection, onboarding, quality assurance and community engagement.
• Help shape the future of executive coaching at Oxford Saïd by contributing to new processes and scalable coaching infrastructure.
• Provide executive coaching directly to programme participants where required.
