High profile opportunity for an experienced financial services recruiter. We’re seeking a credible individual to lead a financial services recruitment business. This will be a ‘lead from the front’ role and you’ll be comfortable in continuing to fee-earn personally. In return you’ll enjoy a strong financial package and enjoy being part of a leading, highly respected firm.

Our client is a highly professional firm with a great reputation. They enjoy good market share but are looking to grow and this is a key strategic hire for them. You will head up all of their financial services recruitment in Manchester and the wider surrounding region. We’re therefore seeking a subject matter expert who is well networked and can be a visible figurehead within the business.

You’ll enjoy significant autonomy as well as best-in-class support and systems. You’ll be able to work from home or flexibly in this role.
