In this role as Senior Manager – Finance Systems and Transformation, you will lead the transformation of the Finance function, driving improvements across systems, processes, and colleague experience. You will oversee the Finance Systems and Transformation team, providing support and expertise on opportunities to enhance our systems, data processes, and reporting. As we approach the go-live of Oracle Fusion, you will oversee the evolution of the system through quarterly releases, ensuring Virgin benefits from new developments and enhancements.

Day to day

• Champion the vision for finance transformation, aligning stakeholders and maintaining focus on the change roadmap.
• Build positive relationships internally and externally to ensure seamless change delivery.
• Stay updated on industry and finance market trends to provide thought leadership and proactive solutions.
• Collaborate across Finance, Technology, and the broader enterprise to develop and implement a finance strategy supported by systems.
• Manage the quarterly release cycle for Oracle Fusion, ensuring efficient delivery of fixes and enhancements for maximum benefit.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of specialists, coaching and guiding team members to excel.
