About the Role

As part of the Resorts leadership team, it will be your responsibility to manage both your internal teams and external service providers to ensure planned and reactive works are completed to the highest standards. Covering all facilities at the resort including entertainment venues, pools, restaurants, rides, and landscape areas.

Description

In this role, you will coordinate and control operations to deliver prompt, efficient, and high-quality service. You will ensure compliance with statutory legislation and actively seek to improve processes and procedures. Supporting your team's development through regular 1:1s and PDP discussions is essential. You will manage budgets, drive KPIs related to sales and costs, and work closely with operational teams to project guest demand and staffing requirements. Flexibility and a proactive approach are key, as no day will be the same, and guest experience is your top priority.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Head of Facilities or Senior Facilities Manager with strong operational knowledge in hard facilities management across various specialisms. You should have a credible background in M&E infrastructure, leading large teams in a busy resort environment. Leadership skills, motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You should be confident in inspiring your team to deliver excellent standards daily.
