What you’ll be doing

  • Advise and support the People & Culture Director, Talent, Performance & Culture in setting talent outcomes and defining the Executive Leadership Development strategy.
  • Own the Executive Leadership Development and Succession Planning portfolios, ensuring coherence, quality, and alignment with BT's goals.
  • Drive the design, development, management, and maintenance of leadership development products and programs, leading a delivery team throughout their lifecycle.
  • Define business cases for approaches and frameworks that deliver value aligned with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Capability to identify learning needs and define targeted solutions.
  • Work with Talent Development to define assessment methodologies for hiring and talent identification.
  • Oversee leadership assessments, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
  • Allocate product owners and team members strategically for value delivery.
  • Measure and analyze outcomes to inform decision-making.
  • Stay updated with best practices in leadership development and succession planning.
  • Recommend sourcing strategies and collaborate with managed service providers to maximize value.
