Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large, multi‑workstream Data & AI programmes across major Financial Services clients. You will own strategy, governance and delivery, balancing architecture with pragmatic execution while shaping business value and client outcomes.

You will translate regulatory needs into scalable AI capabilities, drive proposals and be a senior leader who mentors teams and partners with executives to land measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Programme leadership at scale.
• Delivered AI into production for finance/insurance/capital markets.
• Experience with banking, insurance or capital markets clients.
• Hands-on data/AI technical credibility to engage with engineers and architects.
• Experience coaching consultants and engineers in large client projects.
• Track record of originating and selling consulting work.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi‑workstream data and AI programmes for major Financial Services clients; manage client relationships, commercials, delivery and team.
• Lead engagements from strategy through to execution, balancing business value and risk.
• Shape AI strategy, investment cases and roadmaps as a trusted advisor to executives, and ensure measurable benefits land.
• Own the business case end-to-end: define value, align finance/risk metrics, and drive benefits realization.
• Make trade‑offs on build vs buy, platform choices, and sequencing, balancing technical debt.
• Lead human‑centred design of AI solutions around user needs and enterprise workflows.
• Partner with business, product and engineering leaders to embed AI into customer journeys and operations.
