Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise Data & AI programmes for major Financial Services clients in the UK. You will own client relationships, commercial direction, and delivery governance, working with cross‑functional teams to embed AI into business processes.

A hands‑on yet strategic leader, you will shape architecture decisions and ensure measurable value. You will operate in a hybrid UK environment, collaborating with engineering, product, and governance stakeholders

Qualifications

• Programme leadership at scale for multi‑workstream data/AI programmes.
• Experience delivering AI/advanced analytics into production.
• FS sector experience; regulatory awareness and value delivery.
• Hands‑on data engineering/ML background to discuss architecture.
• Consulting background with client governance and proposals.
• Familiarity with major cloud/data platforms and AI ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data/AI programmes across FS clients, owning client relationships and value delivery.
• Define and govern AI strategy, roadmaps and benefits measurement.
• Translate business and regulatory problems into AI‑enabled products and platforms.
