Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager to lead multi‑workstream data and AI programmes for Financial Services clients. You will own the client relationship, commercials and delivery, while challenging architecture and guiding a high‑caliber team.

The role requires blending technical depth with strategic influence, driving measurable business value. As part of the EDA Financial Services practice, you will shape proposals, lead client governance, and embed AI into enterprise journeys.

Qualifications

• Programme leadership at scale: lead complex multi‑workstream data/AI programmes.
• AI delivered into production, not just piloted.
• Financial Services experience: banking, insurance or capital markets.
• Technical credibility: hands‑on data engineering / ML background.
• Team leadership: coach consultants/engineers/architects.
• Consulting and commercial track record: advising exec stakeholders and selling work.

Responsibilities

• Own the business case end to end: define value, measure outcomes, ensure benefits landing.
• Shape AI strategy, investment cases and roadmaps with client executives.
• Deliver AI-enabled products and agentic AI workflows at enterprise scale.
