Job summary

Armis, now part of ServiceNow Security, seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of Customer Success Managers for strategic and enterprise customers. You will foster trusted relationships, drive adoption, and align customer outcomes with business priorities.

You will partner with internal teams to ensure value delivery, manage renewal risk, and scale customer success practices across the organization while traveling up to 35% to support key accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading Customer Success teams for enterprise customers.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and customer success technologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers working with strategic and enterprise customers.
• Drive adoption, renewal, and value realization for Armis Platform customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, and Services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and scale practices across the organization.
