Job summary

Pivotal London is seeking an Account Manager / Senior Manager to lead strategic relationships with international brands from our London HQ. You will leverage ecommerce, media and data insights to identify opportunities and drive growth across complex client portfolios.

You will own end-to-end client strategy, translate datasets into commercial recommendations, and work across retail media, programmatic and other digital channels.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Highly analytical with ability to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience across ecommerce, digital media, retail media or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with international clients and act as a strategic partner.
• Analyse ecommerce, media, category and competitive data to generate insights.
• Translate data into clear commercial recommendations and compelling client stories.
• Develop and deliver media strategies across ecommerce and digital channels.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to wider account strategy.
