Job summary

Mace is seeking a highly capable professional to support and manage consents for major construction programmes. You will implement frameworks, coordinate clients, consultants and project teams, and drive governance, risk management and KPI tracking to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, net zero objectives and continuous improvement, with flexibility for hybrid working within the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience delivering consents management on major construction programmes.
• Progress towards chartered status or membership of RTPI or NIPA.
• Relevant university degree in town planning or equivalent.

You’ll Need To Have

• At least 5 yrs experience (or equivalent) supporting the delivery of consents management services on major construction programmes/portfolios
• Progress towards chartered status (or equivalent) and/or membership of professional a relevant professional institution e.g. Royal Town planning Institute and or national infrastructure planning association.
• Relevant university degree (e.g. town planning) or equivalent.
