Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to guide clients through identity and access management in an AI-powered, cloud-first world. The role blends deep technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver clear outcomes and lead cross-functional teams.

The candidate will translate complex identity and AI challenges into actionable strategies, drive modern security programs, and advocate responsible AI adoption across global engagements and operations.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in digital identity, with hands-on delivery of federation and enterprise-scale transformations.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt and related governance tools.
• Experience designing Zero Trust architectures and identity-led controls across cloud and hybrid estates.
• Strong ability to translate identity, cyber and AI risks into strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading global, high-performing teams and complex client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture and delivery of complex identity security programmes across workforce, customer, privileged and machine identities.
• Drive identity transformations spanning Entra, governance, access management, PAM and CIAM.
• Advise senior stakeholders with clear target architectures, priorities and measurable business value.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while building high-performing teams and leveraging responsible AI.
