Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager in Advisory to lead identity security programs across workforce, customer, privileged and machine identities within a cloud-first, AI-enabled Microsoft ecosystem.

You will translate complex identity and AI challenges into clear strategies, guide investment priorities, and build high-performing teams across global client engagements. This role combines deep technical expertise with market insight and commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Hands-on identity security expertise with cloud-first, AI-enabled environments.
• Experience delivering federation and enterprise-scale identity transformations.
• Proven track record leading global teams and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, architecture and delivery of complex identity security programmes across workforce, customer, privileged and machine identities.
• Drive identity transformations spanning Microsoft Entra, identity governance, access management, privileged access, customer identity and non-human identity security.
• Serve as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, translating complex identity, cyber and AI challenges into clear strategies, target architectures, investment priorities and measurable business value.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while building high-performing teams, leveraging Access Management technologies and responsible AI to accelerate innovation.
