Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to guide clients through identity and access management in an AI-powered, cloud-first world. You will merge deep IAM expertise with commercial acumen to deliver actionable outcomes, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and partner across global networks.

You will drive identity transformations across enterprise environments, apply Zero Trust principles, and leverage AI capabilities to deliver secure, scalable outcomes for clients and internal operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering identity and access management programmes.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra and IAM governance.
• Proven track record in Zero Trust architectures and identity-led controls.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to convey risk to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture and delivery of complex identity security programmes across enterprise environments.
• Drive transformation for Microsoft Entra, identity governance and PAM to deliver business value.
• Advise senior stakeholders on identity, cyber, and AI risk with clear roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while building high-performing cross-functional teams.
