Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with four+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in case management and developing curriculum for adult learners.
• Ability to facilitate learning experiences and trainings for professionals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality training and learning experiences aligned to case management practices, standards, and priorities.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, institutes, and learning sessions using adult learning strategies.
• Identify and engage community and regional partners for training programs.
• Utilize marketing and communications tools to promote training and achieve registration goals.
• Maintain records and reports related to training delivery and participation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage an online repository of professional development resources.
• Collaborate with external vendors to align content with development needs.
