The Senior Manager, Production Operations will lead day-to-day production activities and supplier integration for the E-7 assembly line at Birmingham Airport on behalf of Manpower (United Kingdom).

The role ensures safe, high-quality and on-time aircraft delivery, oversees modification, certification and release-to-service, and provides technical leadership to programme teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior production or operations leadership in aircraft manufacturing or MRO.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and integrating external suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, shop-floor control, and airworthiness certification.
• Experience enforcing contractual, quality and delivery requirements with suppliers.
• Degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day production and supplier integration for the E-7 line at Birmingham Airport.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery of aircraft through program execution.
• Provide technical leadership and manage cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers.
• Audit and oversee modification, certification, and release-to-service activities.
• Develop and execute daily work plans with Industrial Engineering and supplier leadership.
