Manpower (United Kingdom) is seeking a Production Lead to oversee aircraft maintenance and modification operations at the Birmingham Repair Station. The role leads a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient delivery of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs and modifications, supporting project completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating supplier maintenance activities, aligning with cross-functional teams, and driving adherence to safety, quality and production targets

Competenze

• Extensive experience leading aircraft build or maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of EASA, FAA, CAA or MAA regulations and safety systems.
• Strong leadership and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure on-time delivery.

• Lead and manage supplier maintenance teams to deliver aircraft production safely and on schedule.
• Lead daily meetings with modification supplier counterpart.
• Promote excellence in maintenance planning with safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver the daily build plan.
• Lead daily operations action-tracker meetings to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.
• Coordinate with support groups to resolve aircraft issues and communicate updates.
• Interpret manufacturing issues to maintain production progress and address recurring problems.
• Agree and communicate the second-shift build plan with first-shift management.
