Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is seeking a Senior Manager in AI & Digital Trust to lead complex client engagements, shaping strategic solutions and driving growth across cyber security, Digital Trust and AI-enabled risk transformation.

You will work with C-suite stakeholders, own client relationships, and help build market profiles through thought leadership, proposition development and talent development, with hybrid assignments across the UK including Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery.
• Business development – generating c.£1m of consulting revenues.

Responsibilities

• Leading large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping through to delivery.
• Influencing C-suite, risk, security and technology leaders to drive decision-making.
• Owning client relationships, engagement quality, commercial performance and delivery outcomes.
• Driving business development through proposition development, account growth and market thought leadership.
• Coaching and developing consultants and managers to build high-performing teams.
