Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an AI and Digital Trust Director in the UK. You will lead strategic client engagements to strengthen trust in AI, cyber, cloud and digital transformation, advising senior stakeholders and shaping market-leading propositions.

You will develop and scale market-facing offers in AI governance, responsible AI, cloud security and regulatory readiness, while mentoring high-performing teams and collaborating with partners to deliver measurable outcomes across regulated

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AI and Digital Trust, including cyber strategy, cloud security, identity, OT security, sovereignty, privacy and risk management.
• Experience leading business transformation and complex consulting delivery in regulated or security-critical environments.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and ability to generate consulting revenue at director level.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client engagements across AI assurance, digital trust, cyber resilience and data protection.
• Shape AI and Digital Trust strategies aligned to regulatory expectations and risk appetite.
• Develop and scale market-facing offers in AI governance, trust, cloud security and sovereignty.
• Oversee transformation programmes involving AI governance, cyber risk, privacy and resilience.
• Lead proposals, RFPs, client pitches and account development.
• Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams with inclusive, innovative ways of working.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and other partners on integrated AI, cloud, cyber, data, privacy and sovereignty solutions.
