Trial Balance are delighted to have been engaged by an accountancy practice based in St. Austell, to seek an experienced Senior Manager. This is a brand-new role and will be offered on a full-time and permanent basis. Flexible working arrangements are open to discussion, as well as a competitive salary and a healthy benefits package (including a bonus scheme).

The role? Your responsibilities will include; planning, undertaking and supervising assignments, client specific projects andyear-end compliance requirements, to includestatutory accounts and tax returns. You will be accountable for a portfolio of clients, managing a small team and also havean involvement in business development.

The right fit? Your technical accounting and tax skills will be excellent and up-to-date andyou will have achieved the ACA or ACCA qualification,backed up with several years of accountancy practice experience. You will also need to display the interpersonal skills to interact with a varied client portfolio and the ability to fit in with a tight-knit and experienced team.
