We’re searching for a Senior Management Assistant (PA) to provide essential support to our Regional Vice President for UKI & MEA . In this role, you’ll be the powerhouse behind the leadership team, ensuring smooth operations, seamless scheduling, and efficient coordination.
This full-time position is offered on a hybrid working pattern of up to two days per week working flexibly at home with 3 days based at our CG UK office in Didsbury .

Main responsibilities:
Proactively manage and optimize the Vice President’s (VP) calendar to ensure effective time utilization and alignment with priorities
Access and manage the VP’s email accounts to schedule appointments, respond to or redirect routine inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on critical communications.
Plan and organize internal and external meetings, workshops, and events, handling all logistical aspects, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and resource availability.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables to ensure alignment and accountability.
Support and contribute to defined projects within the organization or function, assisting in planning, coordination, and execution to ensure successful outcomes.
Organize complex business travel itineraries, considering cost-effective and efficient options for flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Process travel expense reports accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality documents, reports, and presentation materials
Respond to incoming correspondence and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Maintain and update internal communication tools such as SharePoint sites, intranet pages, and team collaboration platforms.
Leverage digital tools to enhance administrative efficiency and contribute to team digitalization efforts
Continuously enhance digital and administrative skills to serve as a resource and subject matter expert within the team
Process invoices and other routine administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to structure own work independently and reliably
Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Experience from working in an international environment
A high degree of confidentiality in handling of sensitive data
