Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.
• Strong experience in management accounting within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with excellent Excel skills.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis understanding.
• Analytical mindset with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication across departments to present financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to support business decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the finance team.
