ARC, Doncaster Racecourse, is seeking a Senior Management Accountant (Greyhounds) to manage day-to-day financial information across five entities and develop the finance team, with travel between sites.

The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines; you will consolidate accounts, oversee payroll journals, and deliver insightful narratives on group performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Excellent organizational ability to manage multiple entities.

Responsabilités

• Compile entity management accounts for five entities with group narrative.
• Review and reconcile balance sheet codes with supporting back-up.
• Review payroll files and post payroll journals.
• Reconcile raceday revenue and post journals weekly to NetSuite.
• Manage and develop assistants and accounts apprentice with quarterly reviews.
