Job summary

ARC is seeking a Senior Management Accountant (Greyhounds) to lead and manage a small finance team across five racing sites and ensure accurate management accounts with narrative on performance. You will oversee balance sheet reconciliations, payroll journals, and weekly race-day revenue postings to Netsuite, delivering timely reporting while developing staff through structured reviews.

Responsibilities

• Compile 1x Entities Management accounts with oversight & consolidation of 5x Entities, providing supporting narrative on group performance.
• Review and reconcile balance sheet codes with backup documentation and narrative across 5 entities; partner with the Assistant Management Accountant.
• Review payroll file from central payroll and post payroll journals.
• Reconcile raceday revenue and post meeting return journals weekly to Netsuite.
• Develop and mentor the Assistant Management Accountants & accounts apprentice through quarterly appraisals.
