Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Manchester is seeking a Senior Management Accountant for a 12-month FTC, ASAP start. You will lead a finance team, drive reporting excellence, strengthen controls and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.

The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to shape how finance supports the wider business. 3 days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (desirable).
• Proven leadership experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance team to deliver timely reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting activities.
• Provide high-quality financial insight to support performance.
• Own key balance sheet areas and governance across processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
