SENIOR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT - HOSPITALITY - £60-75K

Your new company

I am supporting an exciting & fast-growing food & beverage company seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join their team. This role involves extensive Finance Business Partnering with internal & external stakeholders and various commercial duties, making it a well-rounded and engaging opportunity. The client prefers candidates trained within the Big 4 who have transitioned into the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail sectors, and are now seeking their next industry role. They are also open to candidates directly from the Big 4 with excellent academics and a confident, proactive personality, or those trained within a finance graduate scheme in a hospitality/retail company.

Your new role

1. Ownership of month-end & management accounts
2. Finance business partnering with internal & external stakeholders
3. Financial analysis
4. Financial reporting under UK GAAP / FRS102
5. Support budgeting & forecasting
6. Record and review journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial operations

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have training from the Big 4 and experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail sectors, or will be a recent graduate from a finance scheme within these industries. A confident, eager personality and excellent academic background are essential for success in this finance business partnering role.
