Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

My PLC client is seeking a driven Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining financial precision with commercial insight to support strategic decisions and drive operational performance.

What you’ll be doing:

Producing monthly management accounts – including P&L, Balance Sheet, and key margin analysis

Performing accurate balance sheet reconciliations

Analysing costs related to new store openings and managing franchisee billing

Working closely with warehouse teams on inventory control and stock accuracy

Conducting detailed P&L and overhead cost analysis to support profitability

Tracking and reporting on weekly group sales performance and trends

Managing the Fixed Asset Register

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation

Requirements:

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)

Strong Excel and IT skills

Commercially aware with excellent communication and analytical abilities

Self-starter with a hands-on, proactive approach

Organised and comfortable working independently in a busy environment
