You will lead a team of finance professionals, produce monthly management accounts, and deliver insightful analysis on revenue, margins, costs and KPIs to drive profitability and governance. The role involves partnering with operations and commercial teams, assisting budgeting and forecasting, and supporting group reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• ACCA or CIMA qualified with a minimum of five years' management accounting experience.
• A minimum of two years' people management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities; SAP/Sage 200 knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Take ownership of the timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Analyse business performance, including revenue, margins, costs and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide financial insight and support informed decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, audit activities and Group reporting requirements.
