Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) with 5 years management accounts experience in industry.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities with flexibility.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to help others.
• Knowledge of SAP or Sage 200 is advantageous.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate management accounts to deadline.
• Review project, entity and contract performance for profitability.
• Explain results, risks and opportunities to operational teams.
• Provide detailed performance analysis: revenue, margin, cost drivers, KPIs.
• Identify risks/opportunities and implement improvement plans; balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support periodic reviews with senior stakeholders with actionable commentary.
• Strengthen working capital management: WIP, revenue recognition, cash collection, billing.
• Support budgeting/forecasting with information and analysis.
