Job summary

CRA Consulting, a growing financial services consultancy in the United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a high‑performing finance function. You will deliver management, financial and statutory reporting and provide insights to support performance and strategic decisions.

You will lead on month‑end close, balance sheet integrity, budgeting and partnering with senior stakeholders while driving process improvements and automation across the function.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post‑qualification experience across management accounts, statutory reporting, audit and taxation.
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Hands‑on approach and ability to drive process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
• Own balance sheet management including fixed assets and reconciliations.
• Partner with senior management to provide insightful reporting against forecast.
• Support statutory accounts and group reporting within deadlines.
