The Head Office shares a site with Porsche Central Operations and both the Porsche Retail Group and Porsche Cars Great Britain Head Offices, with shared facilities including an onsite restaurant, coffee bar, and parking. About the role

As Senior Management Accountant, you will:

• Assist in producing accurate and timely management accounts, supporting Head Office functions
• Build an effective network between PRG Finance and the group
• Work closely with the Finance Manager while maintaining independence and objectivity

The role requires a strong individual with commercial awareness, a positive attitude, and a “Can-do” approach, comfortable challenging at all levels.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Management accounts preparation for HO Cost Centre – Profit and Loss, Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, monthly journals, maintaining Vehicle Stock Book, and resolving accounting queries
• Extended Warranty Reconciliations
• Reviewing and approving commission and bonus packs outside of pay plans
• Preparing VAT/Partial Exemption calculations and submitting returns
• Preparing working files for Corporation tax for approval
• Monitoring costs against budgets and reporting significant variances
• Preparing budgets and forecasts for Head Office
• Signing off bank reconciliations and reviewing cash and credit card accounts
• Authorising purchase orders and transactions
• Supporting compliance and internal audit teams
• Reviewing internal processes and controls
• Analyzing group insurance product sales and profit for quarterly meetings

About you

To succeed, you will have:

• A strong accounting background with a desire to succeed and provide commercial support
• Newly Qualified or Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA or CIMA) with 1-2 years of experience
• A proactive approach to adapting to changing processes and prioritizing work
• Ability to enhance efficiency through system optimization
