Smyth & Co are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious luxury brand partner, who are seeking a talented Senior Management Accountant to help oversee the management accounts for for a growing restaurant group. This is a rare role for a fantastic brand and it is hybrid working; based in the fantastic offices in central London 4 days a week and home for 1. If you’re an expert in Management accounting with a passion for luxury and improving efficiency and great communication skills, our client wants you on their team ASAP!

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and overseeing P&L's, reconciling and consolidating Balance sheets as well as looking at strategic areas the business can improve upon
• Financial Reporting: Lead balance sheet reconciliations, manage VAT returns, PAYE, and support audits.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operations.
• Training & Support: Provide training, troubleshoot system issues, and document best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Finalist or Part Qualified CIMA with strong communication skills for reporting at the top levels of the business
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience in reconciliations, management accounts, and system troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
