Reporting to the COO, Gemba is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to drive the operations of our Finance Team out of our London office. The ideal candidate will help us keep on top of our existing accounting processes, while also being dynamic and innovative looking for ways to make our systems more efficient.

About The Role
The Senior Management Accountant will be working broadly across different accounts with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to drive commercial solutions for the business in these processes.
This role will have a Senior Finance Assistant reporting into them and the leadership and management of their performance will also be crucial to its success.
